How to use
1–2 tablespoons a day on its own, with tea or warm water. Do not add honey to boiling water — above 40°C its nutrients break down.
Storage
In a closed glass jar, at room temperature, away from sunlight. Shelf life up to 2 years. Crystallization is a sign of natural honey.
